Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a voucher within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Our contact details are listed at the top of this page.

Withdraw online

The easiest way is to declare your withdrawal directly on this page: the button “Declare withdrawal” opens a form you can fill in and send online. The same button is available below the voucher form on the voucher page.

Alternatively, you may send us a clear statement by email or letter.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your declaration before the fourteen-day period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

The voucher concerned becomes invalid and can no longer be redeemed.

Exception for booked flight dates

For leisure services tied to a specific date — a firmly booked flight — there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 18 (1) no. 10 FAGG. In those cases the cancellation and rebooking rules of our terms apply; in poor weather we rebook free of charge.
