Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all tandem flights, vouchers and additional services booked via this website. Deviating terms of the customer do not become part of the contract.

2. Formation of the contract

The presentation of flight types on the website is not a binding offer. The contract is concluded with the written booking confirmation by email. The booked date is a preferred date subject to suitable weather and flying conditions.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. Payment is made online through the payment provider, by bank transfer or on site. Additional services (e.g. photo and video package) are shown separately.

4. Cancellation and withdrawal

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the agreed date.

For later cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee may be charged.

Weather cancellation: if the flight cannot take place for safety reasons (wind, precipitation, visibility, risk of thunderstorms), no costs are incurred. An alternative date, a voucher or a refund is offered. The pilot alone decides whether conditions are suitable for flying.

PLACEHOLDER: amount of any cancellation fee to be agreed with Manuel.

5. Participation requirements

Weight and age limits of the respective flight type must be observed; minors require the consent of a legal guardian. Health restrictions must be disclosed before the flight. Instructions of the pilot must be followed.

6. Liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as legally permitted; personal injury is excepted. Statutory aviation liability insurance is in place. No liability is accepted for personal belongings.

7. Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and are transferable. Cash redemption is excluded. In the event of price changes a difference may be charged; the voucher value is credited in full.

8. Consumer right of withdrawal

For leisure services tied to a specific date there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18(1)(10) FAGG. The cancellation rules in section 4 apply regardless.

9. Data protection, law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the company, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions state otherwise. The privacy policy applies in addition.
